In a League of its Own

In every aspect of its engineering, the InBody Dial H30 is in a different league than other body composition scales.
Features include:

Advanced Technology

Accurate, consistent results. Unlike many body composition measuring tools, which only use a single frequency and estimate various areas of your body, the InBody Dial H30 directly measures each segment of the body with three frequencies sent through eight electrodes, for more precise assessments.

User Recognition with Data Auto-Sync

Recognizes you when you test. With this device, there’s no need to enter your height or begin tests with the InBody App. Instead, it identifies you when you get in the testing position. If you enable Wi-Fi, tests get auto-synced with users’ InBody App profiles, making it perfect for multi-person use.

Comparison Data

Highlights progress since your last test. See how many pounds of Weight and Skeletal Muscle Mass you’ve gained or lost since the last test, as well as changes in Percent Body Fat and Visceral Fat Level. The splash-proof, backlit LCD screen also shows how each measurement compares to the healthy average.

Visceral Fat Level

The InBody Dial H30 doesn’t just show Percent Body Fat — it reveals your Visceral Fat Level. Located between the organs, visceral fat has been shown to increase your risk of chronic health issues, so monitoring it is key.

Soft Lean Mass*

The InBody Dial H30 doesn’t just show Skeletal Muscle Mass — it reveals your Soft Lean Mass. This metric tracks muscle and body water changes, enabling you to adjust fitness and nutrition plans for best results.

Waist-Hip Ratio*

The InBody Dial H30 doesn’t just show Body Fat Mass — it reveals your Waist-Hip Ratio. A more precise health indicator than BMI, it can help detect your risk of abdominal obesity.

Body Balance*

The InBody Dial H30 doesn’t just show InBody Scores — it reveals your Upper/Lower Body Balance. This metric assesses whether you’ve got an equal balance of upper-body and lower-body muscle, so you can target your training.

*These outputs are only available via the InBody App.

InBody App

Track Your Loved Ones

The InBody Dial H30’s user recognition feature isn’t just for you — it works for up to 20 users. Set up their profiles in the InBody App.

Sync with Your Favorite Tools

Initiate tests with your Apple Watch and view results with InBody’s new Apple Watch app. The InBody App also integrates with Apple Health, Google Fit, and Samsung Health.

Enjoy Outputs for Days

View app-exclusive metrics like the Children’s Growth Graph and Waist-Hip Ratio. In the History tab, see how outputs change over time, from Soft Lean Mass to Body Fat Mass.

Outputs shown in the app: Weight, Skeletal Muscle Mass, Body Fat Mass, Percent Body Fat, Waist-Hip Ratio, Visceral Fat Level, Soft Lean Mass, Upper/Lower Body Balance, Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), Body Mass Index (BMI), InBody Score, and Children’s Growth Graph (Weight, Height).

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, the InBody App allows users to see test results from all linked InBody devices.

Yes, it’s a setting you can turn on or off within the InBody App.

Yes. This can’t be adjusted on the device itself but can be adjusted on the InBody App. Go to Settings > Units, and change the units accordingly.

Three frequencies: 5 kHz, 50 kHz, and 200 kHz.

To utilize the InBody Dial H30’s user recognition function, connect your device to the InBody App, register a nickname, and conduct one InBody Test via the app. (Other people in your household can activate user recognition by doing the same.)

After that, the InBody Dial H30 will identify you by your weight within an 11-pound range. If other people in your household have a similar weight, the device will recognize you by your impedance values.

If your weight and impedance values are similar to those of other people who use the scale, their nicknames may be displayed, so you might have to manually select yours. You can choose another nickname by turning the scale’s dial.

After it recognizes you, the InBody Dial H30 will store your results, so that the next time you take an InBody Test through user recognition while connected to Wi-Fi, your data will be automatically recorded in the InBody App without requiring separate syncing, and all of your previous test results will be transferred over.

A total of 20 user nicknames can be registered, including sub-user nicknames. Sub-user nicknames can be created under other users’ profiles and are an ideal option for users without smartphones, such as children. Up to eight sub-users can be created per user.

For each nickname, up to 15 tests are stored. If more than 15 tests occur without the InBody Dial H30 syncing with the InBody App, the oldest tests will be deleted one by one. There is no limitation on how long test results are stored.

Although the technology used in the InBody Dial H30 is the same as that used in InBody professional devices, the outputs featured on the InBody Dial H30 do not provide ICW/ECW nor Segmental Lean Analysis.

The InBody Dial H30 highlights the most crucial wellness outputs for the general consumer, which include: Weight, Skeletal Muscle Mass, Body Fat Mass, Percent Body Fat, Waist-Hip Ratio, Visceral Fat Level, Soft Lean Mass, Upper/Lower Body Balance, Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), Body Mass Index (BMI), InBody Score, and Children’s Growth Graph (Weight, Height).
