Dear Valued Customer,

This Product EOS (End of Support) Announcement is intended to provide you with notice that one of our product series has entered the final phase of the product support cycle. The InBody230 was officially discontinued on 12/01/2009.

We have been providing technical support and service for the InBody230 for the past seven years while these products were in the final stages of the End of Support Cycle. However, 2015 marked the beginning of the final phase of support. Starting 01/01/2017, support and services will no longer be available for the InBody230.

Support and services include, but are not limited to, the following:

• General product support and services

• Technical Support and Repair Services

• Spare parts and Maintenance Services

• Live product troubleshooting assistance

• Logo Support and Product Accessory Support

InBody will continue to support and service the InBody230 throughout 2016 until 12/31/2016. Please note that result sheets and other minor accessories may still be available after 01/01/2017.

Trade-in and Upgrades

InBody understands how integral our products can be to our customers’ overall operations. Newer technology provides more productivity and greater efficiency in the same or similar applications as these older products.
