There has been a Google security setting update for all users who utilize the Gmail service for LookinBody. Google will be removing the Less Secure Apps functionality on May 30, 2022. For more information please visit this link.
When does this go into effect?
Based on the information provided by Google, this update will go into effect on May 30, 2022. For more information, we recommend reaching out to Google Support.
What InBody services/app will be affected?
- LookinBody 120
- LookinBody Web
How will this affect your LookinBody 120 or LookinBody Web Account?
For users who are using their Gmail account to send emails to clients from the LookinBody 120 or LookinBody Web service, the Gmail account security settings will need to be updated to continue using the Gmail account.
For users of the LookinBody 120, the LookinBody 120 program version may also need to be updated to be compatible.
If the settings are not updated by May 30, 2022, sending emails from the LookinBody service may fail.
